Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion of your detail.

Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to three (3) times. You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice or no-showing will result in forfeiture of your 20% deposit. After three reschedules, a new appointment and a new 20% deposit will be required.

Tips are never expected, but they are always appreciated. Every gratuity helps support our team and allows us to continue delivering premium detailing services.
